RECRUITMENT STAFF
Job Description:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
- Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication.
- Maintain the recruitment database and prepare hiring reports.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for key roles in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience working in a logistics company is preferred.
- Willing to work under contract employment status.
- Able to join immediately.
