1. Onsite Fresh Graduate Training Program

Deliveree is seeking ambitious, hard working, and career-focused candidates who have recently received their undergraduate degree from a recognized university in Indonesia or abroad. All majors are welcome to apply.

To qualify, you must have a strong interest in business or operations in a logistics technology environment. You must be willing to work very hard in a fast moving, accelerated environment with your career development as your top priority.

When you interview with us, you will be considered for assignment in several possible departments including: enterprise sales, digital marketing, operational excellence, supply chain management, booking operations, fleet training, fleet recruiting, telemarketing, finance, human resources, and administration. You are encouraged to rotate to new departments once you have mastered your current assignment, which typically takes around two years.

2. Fleet Acquisition Associate (Remote from Bandung preferred)

We’re looking for candidates who want to be part of our Supply Acquisition Team. If you’re persuasive, organized, and enjoy working with people, then this role might be perfect for you. What will you do as our Fleet Acquisition Associate?

Manage end-to-end drivers/vendors acquisition process.
Lead pitch meetings and maintain strong engagement with our potential drivers and trucking partners.
Manage relationships with our driver and trucking partners.
Monitor, analyze and report on supply acquisition performance and key metrics.
Work closely with the Supply Head to develop and maintain strong pool of drivers and vendors,
Support the team with related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Undergraduate GPA 3.0 or higher

This is a remote position, but Bandung residents are preferred
Active and likes to communicate with people

3. AI SEO Management Trainee

Our cutting-edge SEO Department has openings for fresh graduate management trainees who wish to focus their experiences on learning and implementing the most modern SEO methods in the ever-evolving AI powered world of search. You will learn and implement a wide range of projects including developing topical maps and creating and syndicating content while also applying technical methods and tools to add efficiency to workflows and optimize SEO results. You will work in a cross-cultural team including team members from Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam to cover SEO for all three of Deliveree’s operating markets: Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand.

4. Fresh Graduate Manegement Trainee – Accounting Associate

We are searching for talented finance fresh/recent grads (max 2 years experience) to join our regional capital team, covering our entire group (parent company and all subsidiaries). You will be working closely with key executives and external stakeholders (ie. investors, advisors, etc) of the company.

The Corporate Finance Associate will join a team that is responsible for: (i) financial & strategic planning, (ii) investor relations, (iii) corporate governance (iv) liquidity management, and (v) transactions such as fundraising or M&A. You will work directly and frequently with the senior executives of the company.

For this position, we are considering graduates of accounting/accountancy who want to pursue a career in corporate finance (ie. strategy/planning, investments, fundraising, governance, etc.). We are not considering candidates from other fields of study.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: University education in Accounting/Accountancy with high scores.
Work Experience: Fresh grads welcome to apply. For those with work experience, we accept a maximum of 2 years practical experience in one of the following fields: accounting, law/compliance/tax, or investments.
High level of numeracy where numeracy is defined as the ability to understand, apply, and reason with numbers and mathematical concepts in everyday life, going beyond basic arithmetic to confidently handle data, statistics, and quantitative situations.
Ability to self-manage without daily micromanagement.
Strong work ethic.
Fluency in English (writing and speaking).
